A complex that consolidated the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice while rejuvenating Belleville’s historic courthouse district.

The project, which achieved LEED® Gold and BOMA Best Platinum certification, includes 10 courtrooms, one motions room and five conference suites, as well as parking for 275 vehicles. The facility was constructed using sustainable practices and an energy-efficient design, including a 360-square-metre green roof and ample use of natural light. The courthouse was a finalist for the 2015 P3 Awards for the Best Designed Project awarded by Partnerships Bulletin/P3 Bulletin.

Forum sold its interest in the project in 2016, but maintains its role as the asset manager on behalf of an institutional owner
